Resepi Potatoes au gratin by Nor

5 biji ubi kentang 

1 sudu tepung gandum

3 cawan susu full cream

3 sudu besar cheese 

Garam

Lada hitam

1 biji bawang putih 

Sedikit butter

Cheese yg disagat utk lapisan atas 

Cara

Rebus ubi kentang hingga agak lembut

Panaskan butter

Masukkan bawang putih yg ditumbuk dan masukkan tepung,  kacau dan masukkan susu dan akhir sekali masukkan cheese. Masukkan sedikit garam dan sebuk lada hitam. 

Kacau sehingga agak pekat. Angkat.

Bila ubi kentang telah lembut, di hiris bulat nipis2. Dalam bekas, sapu butter, dan atur ubi kentang selapis demi selapis  dan tabur sedikit(sgt sedikit) garam dan lada hitam. Bila dah habis, tuangkan sos tadi dan bakar pada suhu 220 degree celcius. Bajar selama lebih kurang 20 minit atau sehingga warna menjadi agak perang, keluarkan, tabur cheese yg telah di sagat keatas kentang tadi dan bakar sehingga perang.

The wealth I have won in my life I cannot bring with me. What I can bring is only the memories precipitated by love.

 

That’s the true riches which will follow you, accompany you, giving you strength and light to go on.
